Access conditions

• You can check in online whether you will be traveling alone or in a group, with or without baggage.
• If your trip includes a stopover, a single boarding pass will be issued for your entire trip.
• You can also check in for your return flight, if this falls within 24 hours of your departure. This service is available for all flights except La Navette flights.
• Finally, if you have a flexible ticket, you can check in for a flight different from the one which you have reserved, as long as there are still available seats on the flight.

Please note: when departing from the following cities, you can check in online, but you can only receive your boarding pass at the airport.

You can not check in online if:

• you are traveling with a baby,
• your children are traveling alone (UM),
• your trip includes a leg with tgvair,
• your ticket includes over 4 flights,
• you are traveling with an animal (in the cabin or the hold),
• you must change airports during a stopover,
• your departure city is one of the following: Alicante, Bern, Damascus, Genoa, Ljubljana, Luxembourg, Milan (flight number beginning AF9 or by AF37), Oviedo, Palermo, Palma, Rome (flight number beginning AF9), Seoul, Seychelles, Trieste, Verona, Vienna (flight operated by Austrian), Vigo,
• you are traveling to or from Helsinki.
