You can check in online:
  • You can check in online whether you will be traveling alone or in a group, with or without baggage.
  • If your trip includes a stopover, a single boarding pass will be issued for your entire trip.
  • You can also check in for your return flight, if this falls within 24 hours of your departure.
  • Finally, if you have a flexible ticket, you can check in for a flight different from the one which you have reserved, as long as there are still available seats on the flight.
  • If you have Internet access on your mobile telephone (regardless of your service provider or mobile telephone model).
You can check in online but you are required to obtain your boarding pass at the airport for flights:
  • departing from the following cities: Algiers, Cairo, Conakry, Delhi, Djibouti, Havana, Ho Chi Minh City, Kinshasa, Mumbai, Noumea, Punta Cana, Rio de Janeiro, Santo Domingo, Sao Paulo, Tunis.
  • between Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and Tel Aviv.
You can check in online and receive your boarding pass directly on your mobile phone for flights:
  • departing from metropolitan France and Réunion,
  • departing from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China (Hong Kong), Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Madagascar, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (Moscow), Serbia, Spain (Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid), Sweden, Switzerland, Togo, Turkey or United Kingdom.
Please note: if several passengers are registered in the same reservation file, each passenger must indicate a mobile phone number in order to receive his or her boarding pass.

You can not check in online if:
  • you are traveling with a baby,
  • your children are traveling alone (UM),
  • your trip includes a leg with tgvair,
  • you used Flying Blue Miles online to obtain an upgrade,
  • you are traveling with an animal (in the cabin or the hold),
  • you are traveling with a bicycle,
  • you must change airports during a stopover,
  • your departure city is one of the following: Alicante, Bern, Damascus, Genoa, Hanoi, Ljubljana, Luxembourg (except on flights operated by CityJet), Oviedo, Palma, Seoul, Seychelles, Verona, Vigo,
  • you are traveling to Helsinki,
  • you are traveling from Mulhouse to Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Lyon.
  • you have a connecting flight in Paris and your 1st flight is provided by Alitalia.
